These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the consultation service provided by Vaghani Dental Hospital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking and paying for the consultation, you (“you”, “the patient”) agree to these Terms.
Service Description
We offer a dental consultation service: 30 minute one-on-one with a dental specialist, full oral check-up, digital X-Ray scans (as described on our booking page). pay.booksappointments.in
After the consultation, we may propose a personalised treatment plan. That treatment plan is separate and may require separate fees and scheduling.
Appointments and Services
Payment must be made at the time of booking or as per the method described. The consultation fee is non-refundable except as provided in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We accept payment via the booking portal you provide.
Your slot is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and acknowledgement from us.
Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal details at booking (name, contact, email, address).
You should arrive at the scheduled time for the consultation. Late arrival may result in a truncated session or rescheduling at our discretion.
You must disclose relevant medical history (e.g., diabetes, BP, other conditions) so we can plan safely. vaghanidental.systeme.io
You must comply with instructions given by the dentist or clinic staff.
Clinic
Responsibilities
We will conduct the consultation with professional skill and care, using reasonable efforts.
We will maintain your data and medical records in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
We will do our best to keep scheduled appointments; if we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide alternative time or refund as per policy.
Limitation of Liability
The consultation is an evaluation service; any treatment plan or subsequent procedures are separate. We do not guarantee specific treatment results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the consultation fee paid. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
If you receive treatment subsequently, you assume its risks and responsibilities.
Intellectual Property
Any materials, reports or recommendations we provide remain our property, subject to your right to use them for your care. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our consent.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (State of Gujarat).
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration/mediation in Ahmedabad (or specify).
